Trucking Policy
Concord Tractor does not under any circumstances haul equipment when the road conditions or visibility are poor. The safety of our drivers and collateral is of upmost importance at all times. What is considered poor conditions is determined by management. We thank you for your understanding, flexibility and patience.
Return Policy
PARTS: Parts may be returned within 30 days with receipt in new, unused condition in original packaging. Freight is nonrefundable. There is no return on electrical items (fuses, wire harness, bulbs, relays), rubber or pliable items (gaskets, belts, hoses, tires), glass, items with shelf life or subject to environmental elements (paints, sealants, decals), printed manuals or literature (parts manuals, workshop manuals) custom hydraulic hoses or special orders.
ATTACHMENTS: are all final sale unless defective. What is considered defective is determined and approved by the manufacturer.
POWER UNITS: tractors, UTV, ZTRs, skid steers are all final sale unless defective. What is considered defective is determined and approved by the manufacturer.
SPECIAL ORDERS: on non-stocking parts, implements and attachments are all final sale.
FREIGHT: is non refundable.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Our staff is here to help you, and we ask that everyone treat them with courtesy. To keep our workplace safe and welcoming for all, we follow a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for Staff Abuse. Yelling, swearing, threats or any kind of physical abuse will not be tolerated.
